DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY, YOUR VEHICLE, OR PEACE OF MIND!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE BASIC SLUM LORDS AND THIS IS GHETTO TYPE LIVING!!!! We have lived here since 2012 and the first night here there was a fist fight between a man and woman resident and many more since. There are LOTS of drug dealers who live here and deal out in the open in ALL the parking lots. The parking lot constantly smells like weed. Prostitutes are servicing their 'johns' in the parking lots. DO NOT enter the elevators without a cell phone. They break down so often, many people, including children have been stuck in there for hours!!!! The laundry room is DISGUSTING!!!!! Always dirty, smells of mildew, the dryers always have stuck on gun in them, so if you work and need your uniform washed, GO ELSEWHERE to wash your clothes or you may have gum on them or the smell of mildew. A lot of the apts are INFESTED with bed bugs, roaches, and ants. They tow your vehicle even when they tell you to park in a certain place. GOD FORBID you try to tell them anything is their fault, you get the door slammed in your face by property management and threatened with them calling the police. Property management is a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rude to the limit of you wanting to go postal. Penny and Jenny are the WORST! I feel really bad for the front office girl Megan. She's the ONLY sunshine in that office! I've seen 8 office girls come and go because they can't handle the stresses of this place. Wonder how long she will last...LOL! Too sweet for THIS place! The grounds, elevators, parking lot are littered constantly and elevators smell like weed ALL THE TIME. The dumpsters ALWAYS have trash everywhere EXCEPT the dumpster because people are too lazy to put their trash in another dumpster. The pool is DISGUSTING! The pumps don't work and haven't been ran in 2 years, also the pool is only cleaned every 2 weeks. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK ALRIGHT!!!!! The ugly blue carpeting smells like pee and is NEVER steam cleaned or vacuumed. You have to hold your breath just to get your mail or inhale the HORRIBLE smell. I never lived in a place where they care more about WHERE you park than their residents happiness and well being of the units. My dishwasher was broken for 6 months before they replaced it, when the only thing wrong was they forgot to flip the switch on it....TOOK 6 MONTHS AND 4 maintenance people to figure it out. DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! All the good people are now long gone or in plans of moving. There was a fire 2 years ago in a unit and the man who lived next door to the fire wasn't placed in another unit. He had to stay in his APT with water and smoke damage until he couldn't take it anymore and moved. With over 100 apt units, there are only 12-14 visitor parking. THEY TOW YOU NO MATTER WHAT, if you park anywhere besides visitor. There is no street parking available. Best part is, if you get into an argument over THEIR negligence, they tell you they are not renewing your lease. These people are pieces of CRAP!! SLUM LORDS!
